The summer house, built by my grandfather Maximiliano del Rosal Echavarría, bears witness to a fascinating history. He emigrated from Cudillero to Mexico, becoming the director of a prominent factory. There, he found love in Sara Fournier Cendejas, and together they raised their son Gonzalo. After the civil war, my father breathed new life into the house, turning it into our holiday retreat. Following my parents’ departure, we decided to sell it, and now the current owners plan to transform it into a beautiful hotel.
It features 16 spacious double rooms and 2 family rooms, all with private bathrooms. The exclusive and modern decoration, along with its amenities, provides maximum comfort to its guests.
